After chatting with a friend after the meeting last night, I decided to add links to recovery blogs and other sites I regularly visit. This has me thinking about how the rAAnch will evolve. One thing I'm wondering is whether other folk (you!) will want to add content to this site. By that, I mean adding your own posts, links and any other kind of content. What would you like to see here? Until I add an encrypted email link (so those damn spammers can't harvest this address), you'll have to key in my address, rAAnch at spamiam dot com. You can also simply leave suggestions in the comments. I'd love for this to become an active site with multiple perspectives making it a unique place in the web. Eh... we'll see what happens...

This blog was inspired by a friend who loves Wendy's new "ranch tooth" TV commercials and a little word trick I recently saw on some blogs of other people in recovery from alcoholism/addiction. I don't know exactly what I'll post here, but it will likely be recovery related and fun. I have a sobriety blog that's a journal of my time in recovery. It's pretty serious in tone and is not a place where I usually post fun recovery things I encounter in real life and on the web. I imagine that's what will happen here.
